Your beloved local roller derby team – the Dust City Rollers – invite you to a fun afternoon of roller derby!
4 Scrimmages – 5 Austrian Teams – 4 hours of fun!
The pandemic has hit roller derby – a full contact sport that is played indoors – quite hard. Official games and tournaments have not been possible in Austria since March 2020. All Austrian teams (Vienna, Salzburg, Linz, Innsbruck and Graz) will now meet again for the first time in November to train, play and learn together. Since there hasn’t been a chance to watch live derby here in Graz for almost 2 years, we decided to open the scrimmages to the public! We will play 4 games in mixed teams from all Austrian leagues (Vienna Roller Derby, SBG Knockouts, Steel City Rollers, Fearless Bruisers, Dust City Rollers).
Please join us on Sunday, 14 November 2021 from 1 – 5 pm at Sportunion Halle Gaußgasse in Graz for some live derby action & loads of fun.
